        Delivery

        Each product is sent to you directly from our partner businesses by one of the delivery options listed below. To request a specific delivery option, please visit the relevant product pages.

        Delivery Options

        How Long It Takes and How Much It Costs

        • We’re currently only able to delivery our scents within the UK

        • Most of our scents will be sent to you via standard delivery which usually means delivery within 6 days after the product has been dispatched.

        • The cost of delivery varies from free up to £3.75 per product, but it’s often less or free.

        • Other delivery options may be available but you should check the individual product pages for these details

        • Once your delivery has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.  

        • UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail. 

        • Orders received after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Non-UK delivery preferred shipment via Royal Mail but will depend on size and weight. Customers with a delivery address outside of the EU (European Union) may be liable to local import taxes

        • Our Partners choose whether to offer Tracked Express, Saturday or International delivery options.

        • Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

        Returns policy

        • You have 28 days to return or exchange items and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).

        • Do not destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the partner business and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

        • Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the partner business ).

        • Our partner businesses comply with our returns policy, giving you peace of mind when ordering. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with us by submitting a request to speak to our customer service team.

        • Where [scent] space has acted as the seller’s payment agent, we will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:

          • 14 days after the day the product is received by our partner business; or

          • if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to the Partner; or

          • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed the Partner or us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.

        Where payment has been made directly with the partner business, they will be responsible for processing the refund directly to your payment card.

        Cancellation policy

        If your order hasn't been accepted or dispatched just yet, please contact the partner business as soon as possible to let them know that you wish to cancel the order.

        If you would like to return a gift that someone has bought for you, please send us an email about this requrest. We will locate the order and notify the partner business it was bought from to arrange for an exchange (you can only exchange items for other items provided by the same seller) or for a gift voucher to be sent to you so you can purchase anything else you like.
